Established in 1999, Eastern Hall Sdn. Bhd. (EHSB) has achieved significant milestones and exponential growth since its inception. Its achievements have been based on its reputable efforts in research and development and production versatility.
As at to-date, EHSB has over 100 types of welding consumables catering for a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous welding materials such as cast iron, hard-face, aluminium alloy, nikel alloy, as well as providing brazing and thermal spraying services. To strengthen its position in the welding industry, EHSB also supplies welding and cutting equipment. Among its more popular range are the arc, mig, tig and plasma cutting equipment.
An effective and efficient system has been established to enhance its equipment distribution to its supportive distributors and its own direct sales team, both of which are committed to intensify the local presence of the equipment. Globalization efforts are made concurrently to heighten the dominance of EHSB's products and services in the international market, without compromising the quality provided to local demands. About Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys
Aluminum and aluminum alloys are lightweight, non-ferrous metals with good corrosion resistance, ductility and strength. Products differ in terms of composition, grade, shape, dimensions, and features. Commercially pure, unalloyed, or very low alloy aluminum does not contain or contains only very small amounts of alloying elements. By contrast, aluminum alloys contain significant amounts of added elements or constituents. Clad or bimetal stock consists of two different alloys that are bonded integrally together. Metal matrix composites have a composite or reinforced metal or alloy matrix filled with a second component, which may be in particulate, chopped fiber, continuous filament, or fabric form. Other unlisted, specialty or proprietary aluminum and aluminum alloys are also available. These materials are often based on a unique alloy system, use a novel processing technology, or have properties tailored for specific applications. |
